In India

GST invoices take CGST + SGST or IGST from your GSTIN and the buyer's state. A UPI QR on rupee invoices when your letterhead has a UPI ID. TCS added when an artwork's own value after discount is above ₹10 lakh, from the values you configure.

GST is applied from the rules you configure; confirm rates and TCS treatment with your CA.

Does not yet

  • Mark a work sold when it sells on another channel: a sale in Artfolio takes it off your connected shop, not the other way round.
  • Turn an offer into a proforma: an offer converts straight to an invoice.

Questions

Do I need a bigger plan for GST?

No. GST invoices are on every plan. Studio covers 2 people and 1,500 works; Professional raises that to 5 people and 5,000 works. Professional, Gallery and Enterprise include exhibitions, events and consignments.

Can I bring my records across?

Bring artists, artworks, images, contacts and sales history from an ArtLogic or Art Galleria export or a spreadsheet.

Is AI extra?

AI on every plan, with a monthly cost cap ($5–200 by plan).
