Questions

Can I bring my existing inventory?

Yes. Artists, artworks, images, contacts and sales history import from an ArtLogic or Art Galleria export or a spreadsheet, at any time, on every plan. On Enterprise, our team runs those imports for you at no extra cost. Exhibitions, invoices and offers, emails and campaigns, documents and attachments, and reports don't come across yet.

What does AI change without asking?

After you save a work with an image, it adds search tags and the image's orientation. The catalogue details it suggests (title, medium and the rest) are yours to check before you save.

How many works can I keep?

Studio 1,500, Professional 5,000, Gallery unlimited works, by plan. Enterprise is unlimited.
