Building a viewing room in the demo gallery: the room's name, its expiry date (rooms expire automatically after it), and Require a password ticked, with the password that everyone needs to open the room, invitation links included.

A private viewing room from the demo gallery: the room's title and note to the collector, the number of works and their price range, then the works. — Demo gallery

Build the room

Show a room's prices or hide them, for the whole room or one work, and change a work's price for that room.
Password-gate a viewing room, invitation links included.
Give a room an expiry date, and it closes to visitors when the date passes.
AI drafts a room for one collector: it picks unsold works that match their purchases and the interests you've recorded, writes an introduction, and saves the room switched off for you to check and send.

Gallery and Enterprise include AI-built viewing rooms.

Questions

Does the collector need an account?

No. They open their own link, and a room you password-gate asks for its password.

Can a room close by itself?

Give a room an expiry date, and it closes to visitors when the date passes.
