How long is the free trial?
Every plan comes with a full 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You get access to all features in your chosen plan so you can properly evaluate Artfolio before committing.
Can you help me migrate data from another platform?
Absolutely. You can import artworks, contacts, and sales via CSV upload at any time. For Enterprise customers, our team handles the full data migration from ArtLogic, ArtCloud, or any other system at no extra cost.
What are Artfolio Workflows?
Artfolio Workflows is our built-in operational execution system. Your team runs structured SOP playbooks with step ownership, status tracking, and overdue visibility across sales and operations — no external tool required.
How many team members can I add?
Solo includes 1 user, Professional supports up to 5 team members, Gallery supports up to 15 team members, and Enterprise offers unlimited users. Each user can be assigned one of four roles with 59 granular permissions.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Artfolio uses enterprise-grade security with Supabase infrastructure, row-level security policies, encrypted data at rest and in transit, and regular backups. We never share or sell your data.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, and you can export everything to CSV or JSON before leaving. No cancellation fees, ever.
What kind of support do you offer?
Solo includes email support within 24 hours. Professional includes priority support within 4 hours. Gallery includes priority support plus a dedicated success manager. Enterprise includes dedicated support with fastest SLA and phone escalation.
Do you offer an API?

How do online viewing rooms work?
You curate artworks into a viewing room and share a unique link with collectors. Rooms can be public or private (password-protected), have expiration dates, and feature your custom branding. Collectors can browse, inquire, and request pricing directly through the room.
