Sub-processors

To run Artfolio reliably and securely, Manual 2 AI Private Limited relies on a small number of carefully vetted infrastructure providers, known as sub-processors. Each one is engaged only to deliver a specific part of the service, handles your data under appropriate contractual safeguards, and is held to our security and confidentiality expectations.

Current sub-processors

• Supabase — managed Postgres database, authentication and file storage. This is where your gallery records and uploaded documents live. Hosting region: global (configurable per project).
• Vercel — application hosting and content delivery (CDN) for the Artfolio web app. Global edge network.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (invoices, invitations, notifications and account messages). Global.
• Cashfree Payments — payment processing for subscriptions and GSTIN verification for Indian customers. India.
• Google (Gemini) — AI processing for the content you submit to AI features such as image analysis, price estimation and drafting. Content is sent only when you trigger an AI feature, and is not used to train shared or public models. Global.

Changes & notifications

We keep this list current. If we add or replace a sub-processor in a way that materially affects how your data is handled, we'll update this page and notify affected customers so you have an opportunity to review the change.
