Refunds & Cancellation

We want you to be confident before you pay, and in control afterwards. This is a plain-language summary of how billing, cancellation and refunds work for Artfolio, operated by Manual 2 AI Private Limited. The binding terms are set out in our Terms of Service and are available from billing@artfolio.ai.

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial. You don't need to enter a card to start, and you are not charged during the trial. If you decide Artfolio isn't right for you, simply don't subscribe — there's nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.

Billing

  • Plans. Paid plans (Solo, Professional, Gallery and Enterprise) are billed on a recurring basis once your trial converts or you choose to subscribe.
  • Monthly or annual. You can pay monthly or annually. Annual plans are charged once for the year.
  • Taxes. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. GST is applied as required for customers in India.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your in-app billing settings, or by emailing billing@artfolio.ai. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it will not renew after that. You keep access until then, and you can export your data before you go.

Refunds

Because you get a full 30-day trial to evaluate Artfolio before paying, we do not offer partial-month or partial-year refunds for cancellations by default. However, if you've been charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount — we'll put it right. Get in touch and we'll review your case fairly and promptly.
