Accessibility
Manual 2 AI Private Limited · Last updated: June 2026
Manual 2 AI Private Limited wants Artfolio to be usable by everyone who runs or works in a gallery, regardless of ability or assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment for us — not a box we tick once — and we're continually improving the experience as the product grows.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as our target standard. These guidelines are a widely recognised benchmark for making digital products perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. While we can't claim every screen meets the standard at every moment, it's the bar we design and build toward.
What we do today
- Keyboard navigation. Core flows are built to be operable with a keyboard, and we offer keyboard shortcuts for power users who work in Artfolio all day.
- Semantic markup. We use proper headings, labels and landmarks so screen readers can interpret the interface, and we add descriptive labels to controls and icons.
- Readable design. We pay attention to colour contrast, focus states and legible typography so the interface is clear in a range of conditions.
Where we're still improving
Accessibility is never finished. Some newer areas of the product are further along than others, and we review and fix issues on an ongoing basis as we hear about them and as we audit our own work. We'd rather be honest about that than overstate where we are.
Report an issue
If you hit an accessibility barrier — or have a suggestion that would make Artfolio easier to use — please tell us. Email accessibility@artfolio.ai or support@artfolio.ai with the page, the assistive technology you're using, and what went wrong. We take this feedback seriously and use it to prioritise fixes.
