Acceptable Use

Artfolio is a tool for running a real art business. This Acceptable Use Policy keeps the platform safe and trustworthy for every gallery on it. It forms part of your agreement with Manual 2 AI Private Limited; the binding terms are available from legal@artfolio.ai.

Permitted use

You may use Artfolio to manage your own gallery, studio or art-advisory business — your artworks, contacts, sales, invoices, exhibitions and documents. Your team members may use it on your behalf within the permissions you grant them.

Prohibited conduct

• Illegal or harmful content. Don't use Artfolio to store, send or promote anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
• Intellectual property infringement. Don't upload images, text or other material you don't have the right to use.
• Malware & abuse. Don't introduce malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or place an unreasonable load on it.
• Security & tenant boundaries. Don't try to breach our security, access another organisation's data, or circumvent the isolation between accounts.
• Scraping & reselling. Don't scrape the platform, abuse the AI features through automated or excessive requests, or resell access to Artfolio without our written agreement.

AI-specific rules

Artfolio's AI features process the content you submit to them. Only submit content you have the right to use, and don't use the AI tools to generate or distribute infringing, deceptive or unlawful material. Remember that AI outputs — analyses, price estimates, drafted text — are suggestions to review, not guaranteed facts. You are responsible for checking them before you rely on or send them.

Consequences

If you breach this policy, we may take action proportionate to the issue — from asking you to stop, through suspending features, up to suspending or terminating your account. Where we reasonably can, we'll give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first, but serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate action.

Reporting abuse

If you come across misuse of Artfolio — content, an account, or behaviour that breaks these rules — please report it to abuse@artfolio.ai. We review every report and follow up appropriately.
